You all may know about Earth Hour 2011 and all MiniMonos monkeys will be participating and get excited for Earth Hour 2011! This is so cool, I love how MiniMonos is participating in Earth Hour. It's very awesome of MiniMonos to do this.
The purpose of Earth Hour 2011 is to raise awareness about how much energy everybody uses each day. People will turn off lights and electronics to not use energy. It's so bananariffic!
Since New Zealand is the first country in the WORLD to celebrate Earth Hour, MiniMonos will be participating in this event. WOW, Awesome!
This means that the MiniMonos servers will be switched off for one hour on Saturday, March 26 at 8.30pm in New Zealand.
In Monkey Standard Time, this is Saturday, March 26 at 12.30am!
If MiniMonos is offline while you are awake, you could just read a book, play a board game, or do anything that does not use up energy. You could even go for an evening walk or work on your Eco-Monkey project. MiniMonos might also be offline when you are asleep!
