MiniMonos Orangutans Go Bananas party TODAY!!

Hey Monkeys,

Today is the day for the Orangutan Go Bananas party, and MiniMonos wants to explain to monkeys, why we will be celebrating these awesome orangutans, that are very important apes to MiniMonos!

When MiniMonos was in Beta, they adopted two orangutans, Monti and Kesi, who were poached illegally, and their forest homes are in great danger because of bad human activities!

MiniMonos will also be going bananas today, to remember the first ever party on MiniMonos, where many monkeys saw the Go Bananas X-Power for the very FIRST time! And, they will be adopting ANOTHER orangutan, through Orangutan OutReach!

And, MiniMonos can only adopt 1 orangutan, but there are two orangutans, to choose from! So, us monkeys will need to vote for which orangutan we want MiniMonos to vote for!

These orangutans, are very awesome, but their stories are also very sad, let's see both of these orangutans!

1. Pingy

"Pingy was chained to a tree for 13 years-- until we brought her to the new Sintang Orangutan Center. She has been through so much misery during 13 years of being chained up, and it is time for us humans who care about orangutans to make up for Pingky's lost years."

Pingy is now safe and in good hands at Sintang Orangutan Center in Indonesia.

2. Neng

"Neng was on a short chain, huddled in a small ball at the end of a wooden platform about 30 feet above the water. She was sitting on two small wooden planks"

Neng was also safely rescued and is at Sintang Orangutan Center too!

Awesome, I wonder which orangutan will be adopted to the MiniMonos community, these stories were really sad, I must admit! I am going to go to the parties for sure!
